Full Job Description:

This role is tasked with generating business for the branch by creating new and maintaining existing relationships via company-provided appointments. This includes but is not limited to Realtors, Builders, Financial Advisors, and Attorneys.
Responsibilities:
➡️Take 5-7 new company generated appointments via phone/zoom & make 40-50 follow-up relationship calls / day
➡️Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships and trust with Realtors and other referral partners.
➡️Communicate clear updates and keep partners satisfied by delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
➡️Keep up to date job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, participating in professional organizations
➡️Enhance department and organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
➡️Monitor and analyze partner referrals

Compensation: $55,000 - $120,000 (base + commission + bonus) We want ALL of our Business Development Managers to be making over 6figures/year
