This is accomplished by a 15-30 minute, personalized consultation with one of our Superhero Team Members. If you want to get started on that, fill out the "GET A QUICK QUOTE" form and one of those Team Members will be in touch ASAP!
Because we have SUPER Loan Programs (meaning we have MORE loan programs than ANY other mortgage company), we will find the RIGHT loan program that meets your SPECIFIC needs. That's what us Superheroes do!
If you are refinancing then we start this Step as soon as you are ready!
This is the BORING part of the process where our team has to verify everything you provide us like employment, income, down payment, blood type...just kidding with that one, but you get the point.
Every loan program has specific requirements on what we must verify. And because of that we absolutely must abide by those requirements or.... No Loan For You!
We know it sounds bad, but it's not really THAT bad. More boring than anything!
Once the underwriting team signs off on EVERYTHING then your loan is considered CLEAR TO CLOSE or better known as CTC.
CTC is one of the SWEETEST sounds to our ears and will be to YOUR ears.
Once we have the CTC, it's time to firm up closing time, finalize the final amount of money to bring to closing (if applicable), and official close on your loan.
And that's when our entire Superhero Team celebrates for you!
